Many away to get a healt. But nobody known how to get it. In this article me want to sharing about three away to get healt in youre life. You must known three points.

1. Breakfast
Breakfast is very important for our immune system. Without breakfast, the body will be weak in activity. A good breakfast is the breakfast ith good nutritional content. Suppose vegetables, dairy, meat, or anything else.

2. Sports
Many people will be busy activities. So forget about sports. Though the sport is a major activity in life. * With exercise then our bodies will get used to activities that may make our bodies weak. Sport in the morning will make us healthy. So we are not susceptible to disease.

3. Regular sleep
Everyone needs a break. Rest is very useful for health. In addition to quiet the mind, rest can restore health. Ayng regular breaks can make us fresh. We face will look brighter.
